Resolved Change email password

How can I change the password of an email account ? with this new update I have no option, or access to domain email accounts, is this a bug ?

Open your subscription, then click on the "Mail" tab, select the mail account and change the password there:

that option is gone with the new update made, thats my problem.

Can you confirm that you're logged in as an administrator and that you did NOT enable "Restricted Mode" as described here: Plesk in Restricted Mode

im logged as admin and Restricted Mode is Disabled

So please post a screenshot of what you see when you search for the domain, it should look roughly like this:




Now, when you click on "Mail", what do you see?

Mail Tab is gone, thats my problem, it happend because of a plesk update did automaticaly

The "Mail" tab disappeared. I suspect it was after my HD overloaded (it was over the limit), for about 6 hours, then I removed the file that overloaded the server (I was not opening the sites), and then it regularized. But the "Mail" Tab is gone! What to do?

Resolved, was this:

- In the "Mail Server Settings" item, please make sure that the checkbox "Enable mail management functions in Plesk" is checked

During the last plesk update, it unckeded this ...
