  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.

Change of the favicon on plesk's websites is no problem .. :D

But, where can i change it for the plesk panel ? o_O

/opt/psa/admin/htdocs/favicon.ico

I think that's the one.
