Change Hosting Type, User Account Already Exists

New Pleskian
My hosting company just upgraded me to Plesk 12.5.30. They don't support migration. I'm on my own.

I accomplished getting it migrated with just a few fixable warnings, but I want to start hosting my sites on the new installation.

Beginning with one domain, I tried to Change Hosting Type. It asks for a user name. I would like to be able to use the same user names I used on the old installation, but it won't let me. I get a "User Account Already Exists". If the user account already exists, and I know it certainly does, why can't I just attach to it instead of creating a whole new username/password?
