Hi, I am having trouble changing the IP address in tools/ settings IP addresses. It shows my second IP but displays none when I try to change the domain and it don't matter it it's on dedicated or shared IP .
Due to lack of information about your system/versions, I can only guess - have you tried the following: Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses and click on Reread IP button.
