Change PSA database from Access to MS SQL

Hi
I wish to move my Plesk DB from Jet (Access MDB) to MS SQL.
I have read many posts on this subject but nothing gives an exact step by step of what to type into the Plesk Reconfigurator, I have read the FAQ on this and it is pretty useless. I have tried to use the Reconfigurator and it is a bit vague on what to enter in each field. Also I haven't read anything that states that everything will be copied across.
Can anyone give a step by step with an explanation on the fields in the reconfigurator tool?
