• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Changing limit on client templates?

Ok, here's the problem, I want to create a client template with 1TB transfer limit, or 2TB transfer limit. However the way Plesk is doing it, it only allows me to enter 6 characters.

So, I enter 100000, and it wont let me put the last zero. Now with my understanding of HTML, this is a limitation that SWSoft has put in place using <input> box limits. Is there ANY way to change this? I've spoken with a few people and they suggest editing the PHP (which is encrypted I believe), as well as editing the MySQL database. Has anyone run into this problem before? Is there anything SWSoft can do to help me? I need this ready within the next week please.
