  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Changing location of backup repository

Hi,

I am encountering problems when trying to backup files to my server from plesk using the domain backup utlity.

I have found the problem but dont quite know how to rectify it..

Originally i installed plesk to the /var section of my hard disk and after realising that i only had a bit of space left in the partition i changed the location of all my sites to /home

is there anyway of telling plesk that i want to change to the location of the backup files repository?

I've looked through the interface but cant find anything.

any help would be appreciated!

thanks

Matt
