• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Changing of the table type

Hy @ all,
I use Plesk 7.6 for Windows on a Win2003 Server and I wrote a script which had to insert parts of a txt-file into a db. It just wrote 2 Lines per second and those lines were very small. I got help and i was said to change the type of the table because it was "INNODB". After having changed it into "MYISAM" everything worked VERY VERY well !! Now I would like to know if I should perhaps change the tables of plesk (in the PSA-Database) so that Plesk might work faster too. Should i do that? Can i do it automatically and what can i do against that fact that "INNODB" ist the standard engine?

Greetings from Germany,
Jan

P.S. Hope I didn't say anything wrong with my English, I'm german ;)
