Changing SOA Serial & TTL in Windows & MySQL?

I run Plesk 7.5R on Windows. First off, very nice piece of software

My ttl records and SOA need to be adjusted to match other nameservers and I cannot seem to find a place where I can edit this info.

Am I supposed to override it in BIND? or update the MySQL DB (which I cannot get logged into).

You can find SOA management at Plesk CP -> Domains -> domain.com -> DNS -> "SOA records" tab

I don't seem to have that tab.. I have General, Zone Settings and Transfer Restrictions.
