changing the ip restriction settings

Okay this was our mistake i think.

We had done ip restriction for the accessing the admin panel of vps plesk server using http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?262408-How-to-limit-access-to-a-few-ip-address-to-access-port-8443-on-plesk-firewall this particular article and now due to some reason we are only not able to login the cpanel.

Is there any way where in we can change this settings. changing with the ssh key is also acceptable.
