• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Clam AV Will Not Show in Component List

I just installed Plesk 7.6.1 on a clean server and MailEnable/SpamAssassin seem to be working properly. I've tried installing both ClamWin and ClamAV, but neither will show up in the list of Components. The only items listed are DrWeb, Kaspersky, and Merak. I've tried running the start-clamd.bat file in the c:\clamav-devel and restarting the Plesk control panel services numerous times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

If it helps any, I was trying clamav-0.88.3-1 and clamwin 88.3.1. What i don't understand is why ClamAv isn't even shown as a grayed out option under the list of antivirus programs. Any thoughts?
