Dear All,

We are facing a strange issue that in the Install and Update plesk UI, it show updates availeble to 18.0.68, but it cannot upgrade as it have already upgrade, and even we use the command plesk installer install-panel-updates it show we have the latest version:

"You already have the latest version of product(s) and all the selected components installed. Installation will not continue."

What is worst is that we use the Plesk migrator to keep the server syncing, but the plesk sayhing to itself it have the version 18.0.67 so we cannot sync now.

This is driving us crazy.

Would you please let us know how can we solve this issue please?

Thanks
Daniel

Hello, Daniel. I tried reproducing the behavior on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.10 server with Plesk 18.0.67, but the upgrade went as expected. Have you tried the repair utility already? If not, please give it a go:

plesk repair installation

If that doesn't sort the issue please try executing the following command and let us know if you see any errors:

plesk sbin pum --list --repo-info --json
