Resolved Cleaned new website marked as prohibited in Plesk database [by ModSecurity]

I have recently buyed and installed "stop-dependances-tabac.com" domain name

But for each Url that contain the string "https%3A%2F%2Fwww.stop-dependances-tabac.com", it return me an "Server Error 403 Forbidden"

Is there a solution?

Looks like ModSecurity ("Web Application Firewall") doesn't like the URL. Can you see details, e.g. the rule ["id ..."] in an error log entry? You could exclude that rule in the "Web Application Firewall" settings.
