Client account can't login to plesk

I am using trial accounts of Vz and Plesk. I have a VPS setup, and have installed plesk on it. I created a client account,a nd I am able to login to it. When I access the VPS from another pc outside the network, I am not able to login to plesk using the client account, but I am able to login using the admi account...

Any help would be appreciated.
