Client and Domain Limits

This is more of a How-to suggestion question if you will. I am setting up a hosting "company" and I will have clients that will possibly have more than one domain through me. I offer three different plan levels basic, pro, and premium. Each with varying levels of disk space, bandwidth, etc, the usual.

My question is what has everyone found to be the easiest and best way to manage this from an administrators standpoint? Should I make client templates for each plan level, or leave clients unlimited on everything and create domain templates that are appropriately restricted?

Just wondering what current methods are people use for managing this and what is the easiest and best suggested way.

Thanks so much!
Josh
