• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Client Cannot Change Limits

I have a client who has added several domains and I had originally set bandwidth limits quite low for his account so he set low limits on his domains.
I have subsequently increased his overall limits when logged in as admin however he does not seem to be able to increase his limits on each domain - the Limits page only displays the limits as text and not as a form.
I therefore have to change the limits for his domain myself while logged in as admin.
Is there any way to allow him to change the limits himself?
Thanks for any help,
j

Hey,

you must allow the user to "ajust limits" in his permissions.
It will do the trick.
