Client disk space usage including admin FTP backup

It appears that my clients disk space usage calculation is including admin full server FTP backups that I am doing.

This shouldn't be the case, these full server backups that I'm doing should not count towards my clients plans disk space allowance.

How do I fix this?

I may have fixed my own problem.

I went to "Tools & Settings" > "Server Settings" and unticked "backup files created by the administrator".

How can I refresh all domain statistics now instead of waiting overnight?
