Client Domain Templates

I have several clients setup using a basic template to restrict their limits and permissions. The one feature I can't seem to regulate is their ability to change the template I used to set their limits (from the domain templates page they can reset all their limits)

When i log in as admin, where can I remove this feature from specific clients or as a group permission?
