Client host rejected: Access denied

Hello.

I migrate from plesk 9.5 to another server with plesk 12.0.18, and then outlook and mail default from iphone don't work, but tunderbird and webmail work well.

In outlook when i put the same configuration than tunderbird and i try to send mail out from my domain said this error:

Error del servidor: '554 5.7.1 <244.Red-88-18-221.staticIP.rima-tde.net[88.18.221.244]>: Client host rejected: Access denied

I don't know if outlook is bad configuration but with plesk 9.5 worked well, and now nothing.

I can recive mail but not send.

Hello,

Are you using SSL setting on your outlook ? I will suggest you please try to setup outlook without SSL and check it.

Yes i try

port 587 with TLS ... port 465 with SSL ... port 587 with nothing ... port 25...

But without SSL error is --> Error del servidor: '554 5.7.1 Relay access denied', the autentication need ssl secure, ssl or tls but with this server rejected my email...

When i tray to send an email out from my domain with outlook the log :

Which email client are you using to send and receive emails? G-Lock?

I have exactly the same problem: I can send mail via Thunderbird, Windows Mail, throu port 587 encrypted. But it does not work via Outlook 2010... (and may be other versions).

All of my logs are the same than you..
I found nothing about that problem except your thread.

I could not found any solution, i contacted with the team of migration and they resolved the problem, but they failed to tell me where there was the problem.

Are you using spam control on your server? Anf if yes, which lists are you using?

You could as well set another loglevel ( in this case "debug" for further investigations for a short time ) in your configurations, to get a more detailled output.
