Client RDP access via Plesk

Hi.

I have a question regarding a new domain that I have setup for a client; when I view the menu for this domain I can see an option for Remote Desktop, and when I select this item it displays the option to RDP through Microsoft or propero. I'm running IE so I use the MS RDP ActiveX option, and when I select OK it loads a new window but doesnt actually run anything and displays a blank screen. Even after downloading the ActiveX and checking all the permissions I am still not able to load anything in the new window. Can you please let me know if there is an issue with this or something else I need to configure for a client to access the system through RDP? Cheers, Pete
