client Traffic

Hi,

Server details:
CentOS release 4.5 (Final)
Linux + plesk (8.2.1)

Issue:

We are facing a problem with the Total Traffic showed in the resellers 'Info' which is incorrect:

18 domains, 16 active domains, 1.27 GB disk space used, 1.57 GB traffic used
----------------------------
This reseller has 18 domains and one of his account is using more the 300GB of bandwidth for Dec 2007. This is all correct, but the problem is the 1.57 GB traffic used showed in the Info field for the reseller. Its totally incorrect as it just can't be only 1.57 GB when the traffic used is more the 300GB.

Any suggestions ??

the problem that total client traffic value on Client page was less then sum of traffics on Domains page was in some old version, 7.5 or 8.0 as far as I remember, but you have 8.2.1... probably again traffic is not counted/reported correctly on some page.

try to compare traffic values in various pages:

* Clients > client name > the list of client domains there their traffic is shown,
* Clients > client name > Traffic > the list of client domains there their traffic is shown,
* Domains > there's a list of domains, check shown traffic value,
* Domains > domain.com > traffic value is shown in the bottom in Info frame

if somewhere traffic values are not identical (but must be identical), then it seems like a bug in plesk, report details to swsoft..

Thank you so much, yes, I have checked this as you suggested and the traffic shown is not identical as you suggested, placing a ticket with Swsoft ...
