The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

There isn't a plugin available for ClientExec at this time to do this. I'm in the same boat as you, waiting on promises.
I've heard that ModernBill is great, however, ModernBill is extremely complicated and more expensive than ClientExec. ClientExec = Easier install, simpler.
It's a big toss up and I've heard from everyone who loves ModernBill that if you survive the headache of configuring it just the way you want it, that it will pay off.
I've tried getting a refund from ClientExec, but their [email protected] e-mail address is a full mailbox that bounces mail.
How is that for confidence in a company?
