Clone or distribute wordpress themes

Currently i'm using Wordpress / Plesk (version 12) admin account and importing default theme zip files. After that i need to do a lot of customization for each new wordpress site.

I was wondering if i could automate a bit more.
Is there an easy way to clone or distribute, deploy pre-configured wordpress themes and wordpress accounts to new domains or new subscription via Plesk ?

Could you please clarify a little bit what do you mean "do a lot of customization for each new wordpress site"? Do you mean customization of default theme? In this case why you can't create own theme and use WordPress Toolkit for mass installation this theme on all necessary WP sites as it is described here - http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/73565.htm ?

Sure i can explain more. After wordpress is installed we mostly install 2 plugins (pagelines 1 + 2) and 1 theme (dsm). I also need to disable comments, deactivate registration, permalink settings to postname. I wish i could merge these themes and plugins in the default wordpress package or something. Or setup a main wordpress and create duplicate wordpress directories from there.
