Clumsy mySQL error during upgrade.

Basic Pleskian
If you have a client with a single quote in one of the fields, the installer bombs out with an error... It doesn't escape the single quote;

UPDATE clients SET city=''s-Gravenzande' where id=687

That command will fail and kills the installer.

Be ware... Manually change these field before attempting to upgrade.
