coldfusion cfform - asks me to login?

Whenever I use the cfform tag (the coldfusion form tag) I get a pop up window asking me to login. This is very annoying because I have a form on almost every page in my site. If you click cancel twice, it takes you to the page, but I can't have users doing this for every page.

I have coldfusion support enabled and the plesk liscense key for it, so I don't know what the problem is.
