Issue Unable to access Plesk panel and retrieve license key on Contabo VPS

Hello Plesk Community,


I am having trouble accessing the Plesk panel on my VPS hosted by Contabo. The server came with Plesk preinstalled, but I cannot reach the login page. When trying to access it, I get DNS errors or the page simply doesn't load.


Moreover, I do not have the license key or the server IP to enter into the license recovery tools.


I have already contacted Contabo support, but I would like to ask the Plesk community if anyone knows how to recover or retrieve the license key or if there are any known issues with Contabo-hosted Plesk panels.
