ColdFusion is not supported by the license key

I am just trying to create a new sub domain, and it will not create it because it comes back with the error "ColdFusion is not supported by the license key", is this the CF licences, is this the Plesk license? How do I add a subdomain if I have CF enabled?

Go to Tools & Settings>License Management and make sure that "Adobe ColdFusion support" is "On". Contact your sales representative if not.
