• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Coldfusion support on Plesk v.12

Dan123

New Pleskian
In the release notes for 12.1.16 this was included:

[*] Adobe ColdFusion is no longer supported by Plesk.

Does anyone have anymore information regarding this? Will it affect existing ColdFusion users--or is it ColdFusion will simply no longer be supported in future Plesk versions?

I also noticed that in new Plesk accounts ColdFusion has to be explicitly enabled by an Administrator for each site in the backend, I imagine this is likely due to the update--since it says it violates the Security Policy when doing so. Any further information about this would be helpful since it effects our future Plesk/ColdFusion plans.

Thank you.

Yes, you are correct. Already existing CF configurations will not be affected. And ColdFusion will no longer be supported in future Plesk versions.
