Command Line in Cron Tab

I want to add a cron task and I went to cron tab and clicked Add Task.

Since I dont know UNIX xommands I dont know how to enter the command.

I have a PHP script that extracts data from a website. This scripts can take hrs. So I just want to run this once. I will know when its finished.

the script is in httpdocs/

What do I have to enter in the command box and where is option to run just once or atleast once a yr ?
