Command Line setting to change Notify upon reaching

I would like to see an addition to the cli that allows you to modify the Notify upon reaching setting when modifing and account with "client_pref.exe -u" . As it is if i lower or raise the quota for disk space or traffic it does not modify this number so it is either to low or to high to be of any use any more. I then have to login and modify it manually. Which defeats the purpose of using the cli.
