• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

So, how fix this ?

If set to another WAF like a Atomic Basic ModSecurity rule set. Rule its works.... :)

Hi BrinsleyP,

could you please have a closer look at the article? The article IS for Plesk 12, even if the mentioned ruleset seems not be installed on your system at the moment.

Please locate "modsecurity_get_comodo_ruleset" on your system with : locate modsecurity_get_comodo_ruleset

... and replace the path with yours, instead of the suggested one in the KB - article.

... if NOT installed, please remove the whole additional application with the autoinstaller command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --remove-component modsecurity

and afterwards, re-install it with

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component modsecurity

If you experience issues during this re-installation, please have a closer look to the latest autoinstaller - log, located at: /var/log/plesk/install
