Components stopped working after update from 7.5.6 to 7.6.1

Hi,

ImageMagick and Aspell stopped working after the update. I tried to give all possible user rights but they still do not work.

This is a highly important issue and I would appreciate your help a lot. The upgrade brought a number of problems but this is currently the only one I could not figure out.

Some more details: I also tried reinstalling the components but this was definitely not the problem. I checked the components directly and they work fine. I tried beside other things giving all rights to the Plesk IIS WP User but this couldn't solve it either.

Please help me as soon as possible.
