Config prefixe "www" in subdomain

Hello,

I do not arrive has to configure the prefix for my subdomains and yet I followed the help that I could find on the Net

I have create ServerAlias www.test.mydomain.com in my vhost.conf in subdomain/conf/

Then I have to add via plesk
www.test.mydomain.com has 111.1111.111.111 (my IP)

restart service

But does not change all, somebody has can be an idea to be proposed to me
