Question Configure DNS automatically

I have website that user can create this own store. He register in the website and create this own subdomain and this own database (using multitenancy). How to cofigure the created subdomains Automatically so that website can identify their subdomains. I think its called reverse proxy for every created subdomains (like : *.domain.com) the provider assign it to the primary domain. In Plesk Subdomains not configered automatically. How to handled the created subdomains ? Like Cpanel handle.

Did you add a wild DNS record too? Otherwise there is no way to connect to it.

I added it but still same problem. "This site can’t be reached".

There seems to be no DNS record for *.grabx.co. Because if I run dig +short '*.grabx.co' command to lookup the DNS record there is non found. Which probably means the DNS for your domain name is managed externally. Probably by your hosting company or your domain name provider.
