Connecting/authentication takes a long time (11.0.9)

I have upgraded Parallels Plesk 10.4.4 to 11.0.9 (Centos). Then I have installed Premium Outbound AntiVirus. However, I do not have a license key for it, I have unistalled POA. The mail server has stopped working. Then I installed qmail instead od postfix. Mail server works.

But now I have some problems. When I send empty mail, delivery time takes about 30-40 seconds. Similarly, when I connect to the server via ssh or ftp connection time is very long. Downloading files and loading webpages are very fast, but any activity that requires authentication, take much more time than before installation.

I turned off Parallels antivirus, firewall – no results.

Whether it is possible that a change in the DNS template, which I applied to domains, causes problems with reverse dns?

Please help.

Have you tried troubleshoot issue with mail delivering with investigation maillog /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog ?
