Resolved Connection error when loading the appsuite front UI

    Hi,

    currently i am trying to install open-xchange on a ubuntu 14.04 LTS server. I am using the installation guide for Debian GNU/Linux 7.0. So far it seems to work fine. I am able to pass all steps including "Configure services". After this step, the instruction says, that i should be able to load the front UI an should see a Login-Screen.
    I can load the appsuite frontend, but when I do, I see an error message "Connection Error: The service is not available right now. Retry". If i click on retry nothing happens - which is not unexpected for me.

    I have searched this forum, but also the internet, but couldn't find anyone with a similar problem.

    So, my question is where can I start investigating the issue?

    As I can see your question is not related to Plesk Mobile application which is discussed in this thread of forum, and not even related to Plesk, I'll mark this thread as Solved.
