Container Console is unavailable in Parallels virtual automation

am trying to access console in Parallels virtual automation for the current container am running. but it show the error

Container Console is unavailable.

Possible reasons

  • Remote Display is disabled or not configured.
  • PVA was misconfigured.
However i setup the Remote display setting for in windows 8 as there. am search hours but it not resolved even the error status not changed. am on windows 8 64X any help will be greatly appreciated
