Control panel access to just email for a domain?

Is it possible to set up domain admin access via Plesk such that a customer can manage only email on his domain? I want this guy to be able to add mailboxes himself but not modify other domain settings.

I know there is a mailuser login, but I guess that is for every single mailboxes..
