control panel error

I suddenly can't access the plesk web control panel after a reboot.

The error when I access the login pages is as below :

I also found that Plesk SQL server not started. The error at even viewer is :

The Plesk SQL Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).

I ever tried to repair the plesk installation by reconfiguration utility, but no luck.

Could anyone tell me what is the problem ? and How to fix it ?

Would be appreciated if anyone could help.
