control panel will not start

I upgraded to 7.5.6 and now plesk control panel service will not start. I tried to run the reconfigurator to repair the install ation but this does not work.

There are two error messages in event viewer.

which DNS server application are you using :
MS DNS or BIND ?

Please repair installation of the Plesk and run Plesk Reconfigurator again.
