Controling Mailing Lists through PHP

Hello,

I'm building a CMS with php and the thing is, I want to be able to add and remove emails to a mailing list existing in Plesk.

I've checkout the Plesk's command line utilities, but, don't know why, I doesn't run through PHP.

I know that there is a XML RPC to control Plesk but the only examples I've seen in this forum is to add a mail address in a domain.

How can I make this work for the Mailing List?
