Copy of mail send by a user

One of my customers would like to get copies of all mail received and send by one employee.

The received I managed by setting up the mail account as a mailbox and a group.

The big questions is, how can I get copies of mail sent out?

Anybody any suggestion?

up.. i need to do same thing. wanna leave a copy of all incoming and outgoing mails in a directory.
