Copy Plesk from one server to another

Due to some failing hardware, we are trying to copy all data from one machine to a new one. If we copy the /usr and /var directories, will this copy all Plesk and user data? We do want to also keep the same IPs associated with accounts as we will be rerouting the same IPs to the new server.

Are there any problems with doing this copy, or will this not work as desired? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
