I'm not able to connect through Filezila FTP. Shwong below error

Status: Connecting to 182.50.132.53:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: AUTH TLS
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
