I was using IOS PleskManager on my Iphone, and the APP requires an update on the server to get more function. But after several tries the updates failed and I found I can not login the plesk control panel anymore.

It shows "This file is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment."

Please help me... I tired to finger the problem out for some days but got nothing...
 
True, my bad. If it's urgent send ticket to plesk support.

EDIT: you can still login in shell i guess?? any errors there in logs?
 
weirand, please post the version of sw-engine package you have installed.

Also post the full (readable) header of any .php file (as well as path to it) from Plesk distribution that contains the exact same message. grep should help in tracking it down.
 
You brough Plesk directly from Parallels?

Try Home ->Tools & Settings -> Support - if you product key number of panel is not recognized you've most likely brough Plesk from your reseller and you will first have to contact your reseller and after that they will forward your request to the Parallels.

MislavO, he will not be able to do that since the Panel is inaccessible.

weirand, just check as I described whether you have any Plesk .php files with the line "__sw_loader_pragma__('PPP');". If it is true, first try to update via Parallels Installer to the latest patch, then report here (if this will not help) which files contain such lines. Ideally on Plesk 9.x, 10.x and 11.0 you should have only files with "__sw_loader_pragma__('P');".
 
If he can't access to the Panel, he can still submit ticket, although he don't know his product key number, he won't either be able to submit ticket because he will get same error about reseller, if he didn't brought directly from parallels. He will fill in IP of server and on every page credentials, he will be able to explain problem and everything, but he won't be able to submit that ticket, if the case is as i said.

Hi, thx for your reply, I am using a VPS from a reseller so I just submit my IP. But it seems not work.
 
Contact your reseller, explain problem and tell them to forward ticket to Parallels. When i'm sending ticket, i'm doing the same: i'm contacting my reseller and they are forwarding my problem to Plesk Parallels Support.
 
Looks like Plesk was not correctly upgraded. Have you tried bootstrapper repair procedure at least?
