counter strike game module problem

Hi , i have install the CS game module. i have *** a game (counter strike : source)
everything work fine. but i always have a yellow "!" mark and it say server is running but client can't connect.

i have open CS port on the firewall, try shutown down the firewall... don't work

some one know how to resolv this ???
