Country list in phpmyadmin/Plesk

Hello!
Somebody so know where i can get full country list ?

I need it to my new site and there missing lot of country in the list.
I have 109 country but world have more

List must be like this:

(1, 'af', 'Afghanistan'),
(2, 'dz', 'Algeria'),
(3, 'ar', 'Argentina'),
(4, 'au', 'Australia'),

Have search on internet but not find good sites!
