Issue CPU Usage

In "CPU usage" in the "Server information" section the usage is 300%. And the CPU utilization of the process list stays below 1%. Some explanation?

In my case the problem was related to the server provider, and Plesk monitoring was not working properly.

My provider has contacted me to inform me that they had problems with the virtual servers.
