I am having a problem with one user/website on my server. When I run top to view the cpu usage, the ccdnaz user has a program (shtml.exe)running at 95-98% all the time. CAn anyone tell me if this is normal or if it is a problem. I know it has something to do with frontpage and if I remove the fp ext from this website the high cpu usage goes away.
