CPU very High

Hi

I have Plesk 11 installed on my dedicated server. I recently encountered an issue on upgrade from 10 to 11 that when I go to the health monitor my mysql cpu usage hovers at the 30-60% mark and some times peaking to over 400%.

I have fixed all logs in mysqld (which were corrupt tables) I have also tried playing with the my.cnf file to make it work better. But my fixes are not making too much difference.

Any ideas. Ps I am also looking in to an issue with php admin that though my queries are correct it keeps saying missing value on form… maybe connected but i doubt it.

I ran the following query as my cash was very high.
echo 3 | sudo tee /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

this resolved it as far as dropping the cpu down to 15%.

Any other ideas greatly appreciated.
